As Marketing Director, US, Rod managed the entire US marketing function, championing the brand while expanding its customer base and setting strategic vision across Purpose, Partnerships, Charitable and Community Efforts, Loyalty, and Influencer/Digital — all in service of the company's global positioning. He oversaw execution of strategic business plans built around profitability, revenue growth, market penetration, brand awareness, and client satisfaction, helping grow the customer base by 200% while breaking the company's retention record with rolling 75%+ rates. He contributed to integrated storytelling campaigns spanning PR, website, collateral, advertising, and social, and partnered closely with Executive staff on digital and print media plans designed to deepen consumer connection and brand awareness.
