As Freelance Program Director and Lead Instructor for Design TEC, Roderick designed and implemented a comprehensive fashion and design curriculum, delivering weekly lessons spanning sneaker and fashion history, branding, sustainability, materials, and digital design tools. He integrated fashion history and emerging technologies into a forward-looking curriculum that raised the caliber of student portfolios, while providing personalized feedback and career development guidance along the way. Beyond the classroom, he led program activation at the organization's annual design conference, using VARIOUS WORKSHOPS to engage prospective applicants and grow visibility. He also connected students directly with guest speakers, industry professionals, and brand founders — building real pathways between education and industry.
