As Freelance Marketing Director for Olipop, Roderick helped organize team structure, meeting cadence, and cross-functional collaboration across creative, blog, newsletter, PR, and social, ensuring concepts and content connected coherently across every channel. He led social campaign launches and creative asset production for new flavor drops including Lemon Lime, Banana Cream, and Watermelon Lime, as well as major retail partner launches with Sweetgreen, Costco, and Target. Introducing original social concepts and editorial franchises, he helped position Olipop as one of the most culturally beloved brands in its category. growing the brand's Instagram following from 188K to 207K, a 10% increase, in just three months.
